Description
This is based on a drawing i did in a sketchbook back in 99. I just got the sketchbook back, and decided I could finish this image up and make it look nice and pretty. I like how it turned out. and I'm making it available for print, cuz I like to actually use my print account periodically.

This picture is really spectacular. I've been staring at it for the last several minutes; it's absolutely captivating. You can almost hear him screaming, feel his hot breath on your face.
The lines are amazing, really fine and detailed, and the shades of blue that I keep finding throughout the figure and the bagkcround are really impeccably placed. My eyes are still trying to separate the two, but they are irrevocably entwined. The emotion in this peice is great; it's really fantastic.
Can't help but wonder how it would look colored differently. If you removed that extra thick outline and colored the background red and left him blue, or vice versa, it would give some dynamic conflict to the piece, I think.
Really fantastic work, can't praise this enough.
